Stop Smoking

My Smoking Cessation treatment consists of 3 sessions, the first being of one hour's duration, the second, up to two hours. You will also be asked to do some tasks between these sessions. The third session is a follow up session which identifies any outstanding areas that would benefit from being resolved.

Success in stopping smoking is determined by motivation; wanting to break that habit for good and for your self is a good indicator that you are ready to stop.
